| Nose | Juicy bartlett pears flesh, Cedar chips, ripe cherry pith & pecans intermingle with dustings of sweet cassia bark. |
| Palate | Candied walnut & pecan nuttiness, fresh mint, rye & cracked green peppercorn spice off the bat. Floral notes of crushed black cardamom pods dancing across a medium oily texture with light hints of clove, lemon husks, vanilla & walnut. |
| Finish | Green peppercorn warmth extended by an oily mouthfeel, giving way to fresh mint, molasses, sorghum & cedar shavings. |
